Is a method of repairing drain and sewer networks without having the need to excavate the effected area.

This is widely used when the drain or sewer network runs below buildings, new build driveways and patios etc, due to the time and expense it would take to excavate and make good.

To eleviate this high cost our robotic cutting team carry out robotic cutting repair work throughout the UK to remove debris such as concrete, roots and rubble. Once the blockage has been removed it allows for UV Lining repairs to be quickly installed. We have continually invested in the latest equipment to ensure speed and quality are of the essence.

Precision Cutting

Using CCTV equipment to plot the exact location for the robotic cutter to open up a lateral connection. The cutting units can operate inside pipes ranging from 100mm to 650mm in diameter, restoring the network of sewers and drainage back to full working order.

Roots

Robotic cutting is ideal in removing roots that have entered the drain run, this quick and effective way of dealing with roots ensures that your drainage repair can be done in half the time of doing a full dig up. Once the roots have been removed we can repair any length of pipe using our UV Patch Lining equipment.

Other Debris

From time to time we will come across other issues, such as concrete, plastic and other material causing obstructions and the only real solution is to use a robotic cutter. Using a robotic cutter, we cut the item into smaller and more manageable pieces, forcing them into the nearest manhole chamber and vacuuming them using one of our tankers.
