CCTV inspections
We provide a wide variety of commercial CCTV drain surveys ranging from small business inspections, through to large commercial sites and sewer networks. All our engineers trained using the latest in CCTV drain surveying camera equipment and software so you can be confident that we can inspect and advise you the best solution. Our camera van is purpose built to allow the operator to work in all conditions. Our state of the art CCTV drain survey cameras allows us to pinpoint and locate blockages, identify collapsed drains, tree root intrusion or a build-up of silt, and now with the latest in technology it’s equally effective at checking for defects after building work and to potentially diagnose structural damage in old drains.
CCTV Equipment and reporting
We have a wide range of Endoscopic and Push cameras that can survey pipes from 15mm up to 225mm and up to 60m in length. Our CCTV reports are carried out using Win Cam a worldwide leader in CCTV software. Each report is copied onto a disc and with a professional printed report.
Crawler camera:
For large sewer networks and main drains we have the latest in remote controlled crawler cameras that can perform 360-degree inspections in high resolution upto 100m. Our specialist vehicle allows customers to sit alongside our operator and monitor the progress live on screen with DVD recordings to follow with full written report.
Advanced VEHICLE Mobile Unit:
Our new explosion proof CCTV integrated Vehicle from Ipek Products has arrived and now fully signwritten and ready to join our fleet. Ideal for working on all Petro Chemicals, Oil and Gas Refineries. equiped with the latest technology and with unrivalled picture quality this will add another level to our already unrivalled service for our customers. This purpose built CCTV vehicle was designed by Ipek Ltd and is equiped with all the latest technology and can be used on almost any site.
Our vehicle is first fitted with the necessary electrical wiring, then the internal walls are lined with fabric covered light weight plywood and
partitioned into a studio area where inspections are controlled, and a rear workspace from where drain survey equipment is deployed. Lights, sockets, storage compartments, shelves and a workstation are installed along with the hygienic hand cleansing system, safety equipment and accessories.
Our van-fit comes complete with a host of features including multiple monitors to view every angle of the drain in detail. The vehicle is also equiped with a Water wash down systems keep the equipment and work area clean. The in-built inverter battery power enables silent system use in sensitive situations – such as night-time and weekend work.
After completion of the work all our customers receive a bound report and DVD by post. This detailed survey can then be used when selling or purchasing domestic and commercial properties.
